Fall Hanover Round Robin

Hanover, N.H. -- Sixteen teams from from nine Vermont schools and 34 teams overall competed in the Fall Hanover Round Robin on October 28, 2000 at Hanover High School.

After posting a 9-1 record in the ten-game round robin, host team Hanover A swept through the playoffs with wins over Colebrook (NH) A, St. Johnsbury A, and Salem A to capture the title its own twice-annual tournament for the first time since the fall of 1998.

Burlington A and St. Johnsbury A each rolled through the round robin with perfect 10-0 records but both were defeated it the semifinals with SJA falling to Hanover A and BHS dropping a close contest to Salem A.

Vermont teams Burlington B, Hanover C, and Oxbow also made the playoffs, as did their New Hampshire counterparts from ConVal A, Londonderry A, John Stark, and Salem B.
